Well developed analytical, problem solving and operational/technical customer skills are demonstrated via her work achievement and quality qualification. The breadth of working and training experience has enabled her to cultivate equally important oral and written communication competencies, precise judgment and decision making abilities. She is energetic and committed to achieving goals.
In addition, she has the ability to initiate new trends in restaurant business and developing new concepts. Her recent materialized concept was Filipino and Pan Asian dishes restaurant was successfully running branches in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
She is working in Island Tea Café as Food and Beverage Manager and handling 5 outlets operation and her main goal is to give 5 star service to each and every customers and gain revenue.

Girley is considered as expert in Food and Beverage department. Having 12 years of working experience in Hospitality Industry
She shows good working relationship with her colleagues and customers. Graduated as Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from a reputable university in the Philippines. She foster a great teamwork and a very impactful performance to every organization that she worked with.
Leadership also is one of her strongest skills. She always put the company’s interest and its people first to serve the best for their customers. She started her career as cashier and eventually has proven her skills and leadership that leads to her promotion as Assistant Store Manager.
She also explored working overseas for a Filipino and Pan Asian Cuisine Restaurant. She is currently working as Manager in Island Tea Cafe with full of passion and dedication. Her main goal is to achieve the best for her companies success.
